Dexus Real Estate Partnership 2 (DREP2) is a closed-end fund aiming to deliver enhanced returns by investing throughout the capital structure in situations ranging from distress to growth.
With final close scheduled for Q3 this year, DREP2 remains open for investment by wholesale investors for a limited time only via a Dexus-managed dedicated feeder fund.
