Invest in Alternatives

41 George Street, Brisbane, is a 1970s office building in the heart of the Brisbane CBD, close to two universities. Although it is no longer suitable for its original purpose, our vision is to capitalise on the asset’s untapped potential to meet wider market demand and tailwinds for the living sector.

 

Working with our joint venture partner Marquette, our experienced office development team designed and priced the repositioning of the building for student accommodation. Meanwhile, our infrastructure experts leverage our proprietary research and data to underwrite rent, occupancy and operating costs on completion.

 

The redevelopment of 41 George Street in Brisbane marks the first investment for Dexus's opportunistic fund, Dexus Real Estate Partnership 2 (DREP2).
