Our two-year graduate program is made up of four diverse rotations offering you the opportunity to experience various cornerstones of our business.
You’ll grow professionally with ongoing mentoring, career development and support. You’ll grow personally through access to Dexus’s wellbeing initiatives, employee resource groups and connection to business networks. Our Graduates are also supported by, and eligible for, an array of Employee Benefits.

Strategy and Corporate Transactions Senior Analyst
How did the program expose you to different perspectives, teams, or ways of working at Dexus?
The program gave me exposure to a broad range of teams and asset classes across Dexus. From on‑site secondments at healthcare assets to industrial tours and time spent in facilities management offices, I gained valuable insight into how the core of the business operates.
Looking back, what stands out as the most valuable part of your Graduate experience?
The breadth of experience. The program allowed me to build a strong understanding of the business while forming meaningful connections across different teams. Having context around what these teams do day‑to‑day, combined with the relationships I built, has been invaluable in my role today.
What sets the Dexus Graduate Program apart from other graduate programs?
The Dexus program stands out for its hands-on mentorship, facilitated by managers with extensive industry expertise, who are willing to foster and invest in your individual journey.

How has the Graduate Program shaped your understanding of the different career pathways within Real Assets?
It’s given me a deep appreciation for the full lifecycle of Real Assets, with tangible experience across our real estate and infrastructure businesses, and insight into how the Dexus platform comes together to achieve great outcomes.
What’s been the biggest learning or growth moment for you since starting the Graduate Program?
Everything - it’s been continuous growth. From underwriting development deals and facilitating real asset transactions to supporting our Funds Management business and presenting opportunities to the Dexus Investment Committee, every experience has helped support my growth.
If you could go back and give yourself one piece of advice when you started the program, what would it be?
Be curious and make the most of the people around you. Everyone at Dexus is immensely supportive and generous with their time, and their experience is invaluable for broadening your understanding and setting you up for success.

What initially attracted you to the Dexus Graduate Program, and how has that experience lived up to your expectations?
I started my career in architecture, where I gained exposure to the wider property industry and developed a strong interest in real estate investment management. The Dexus Graduate Program provided a fantastic entry point for a pivot into this space, with the opportunity to explore different areas of the business and ultimately find where I wanted to spend my time. Within weeks of my rotation in Institutional Capital, I knew it was where I wanted to be – an exciting, challenging environment with engaging work and most importantly, a fantastic team!
What skills or capabilities have you developed through the program that you continue to use today?
Working in a fast-paced environment has strengthened my ability to prioritise, adapt and execute quickly. I developed confidence in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, taking initiative to drive outcomes and meaningfully contribute to capital raising activity..
Can you share a moment or experience that best reflects the culture at Dexus?
The culture at Dexus is highly collaborative and team-oriented – people are approachable and generous with their time. This is reflected in the cross-functional way we work every day and the genuine engagement across teams whenever insight is needed.

What did you enjoy most about the Dexus Graduate Program?
The graduate program allowed me to collaborate and connect with a diverse range of teams and individuals, giving me a strong appreciation for how the business operates while also fostering genuine connections at all levels. These relationships extended beyond the rotations themselves and have become a long-lasting and valuable network that continues to support my development in my current role as a Transactions Analyst.
What was your most significant personal or professional achievement during your time as a Graduate?
During my rotation in Office Leasing, I was able to close 2 deals within the 6-months I was in the team. Being able to have such a high level of accountability as a graduate to lead my own deal was an amazing experience. Throughout the rotation, I collaborated with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders ranging from portfolio managers to leasing agents.
What advice would you give to our future Dexus Graduates?
Approach the graduate program with curiosity and a willingness to be uncomfortable. Use each rotation as a chance to build new ways of how you think, not just new technical skills. Take ownership of your learning, ask thoughtful questions, and don’t be afraid to back yourself when opportunities come up. Over time, the breadth of experiences and the relationships you build by showing genuine engagement in all of your rotations will become one of the most valuable parts of the program. You may be required to utilise those relationships and/or experiences you have built as a graduate throughout your career.
