Dexus takes a collaborative approach to designing and delivering high-quality, innovative logistics spaces to meet business’s current needs and their long-term growth requirements, ensuring they are future proof.
Located in Sydney’s prime last mile location of Moorebank, Velociti features seven warehouses. With direct links to key road, rail and airport infrastructure, businesses at Velociti can access 93% of Sydney’s population within 60 minutes, improving operational efficiency and helping our customers to achieve super-fast, lower cost deliveries.
In Sydney’s north-west priority growth area, Vertex in Marsden Park will offer two build-to-lease warehouses comprising eight units, with flexibility to combine. In collaboration with Dexus, warehouses can be custom designed to suit your specification needs.
Horizon 3023 is an urban industrial development in the core West Melbourne industrial precinct. This expansive 127-hectare site offers excellent access to Melbourne's growing population and serves as a gateway location linked to major infrastructure. The development currently includes 14 facilities with Green Star, world-leading attributes including solar and battery storage capacity. One third of the estate is still to be developed.
