Our healthcare developments
Our developments across life sciences, specialist and clinical mixed-use assets and private hospitals underscore our commitment to building a robust and resilient portfolio that aligns with our strategic aims and delivers long-term value.
Located in the Royal North Shore Hospital Precinct, North Shore Health Hub is a state-of-the-art health facility with world-first amenities for patients and practitioners. In 2021, Dexus bolstered the site’s structure to increase floor space and meet rising leasing demands. The hub is now oversubscribed and plans to add a further ~1,500sqm of space.
Our development partners have recently completed the Spring Hill Health and Innovation Centre and Cockburn Mental Health Clinic.
Completed in 2024, the Spring Hill Health and Innovation Centre is a premium nine-storey clinical building with a net lettable area of 6,109sqm and 126 parking spaces in Brisbane’s inner northern suburb of Spring Hill.
Completed in 2023, Cockburn Mental Health Clinic is a 75-bed mental health clinic in Cockburn, Perth that offers inpatient and community care to local residents, further strengthening our healthcare portfolio.
