As one of Australia’s largest owners and managers of prime office properties, we are focused on maintaining our shift towards premium, high-quality office assets and leveraging existing strengths and sector expertise to maintain a market-leading position. There is a clear gap in performance outcomes based on quality and location. The assets in Dexus’s office portfolio are predominantly located in the core of Australia’s cities and include some of the country’s most iconic buildings.

Our office developments

The recently completed 33 Alfred Street is a heritage-listed commercial office building offering 26 levels of high-quality office space with 1,200sqm typical floorplates. The building has undergone a full refurbishment to convert the site from A-grade to Premium grade.
Atlassian Central will be a catalyst for change and opportunity as the anchor of Sydney’s new government-backed Tech Central precinct. This global-leading development will be a 39-level Premium grade tower totalling 59,100sqm NLA with a visionary sustainable design.
Waterfront Brisbane is a $2.5 billion transformation that will deliver a world-standard business destination that maximises its prime riverside location. The first stage of development is expected to be completed by 2028 and includes the North Tower, market hall retail amenities and the restaurant pavilions.
