Customer Prosperity
We support the prosperity of our customers through the investment, design, development and management of real assets – prioritising occupant wellbeing and driving sustainability performance.
Our recent progress:
- +44 Customer Net Promoter Score (NPS), an increase from +40 in FY23
- 5.3-star average NABERS Indoor Environment rating across our managed office portfolio, reflecting our initiatives that enhance occupant health and wellbeing
- Our real estate development pipeline generated $2.5 billion gross value added to the Australian economy and supported 15,141 construction jobs in FY24
The NABERS IE rating average is based on officially certified ratings current on 31 Dec 2024. We conduct NABERS IE assessments for all office buildings where the HVAC system is owned, managed and maintained by Dexus. Sites that are unoccupied for most of the rating period are excluded.
Climate Action
We are focused on accelerating the transition to a decarbonised economy while safeguarding and advancing our people, assets, property and financial returns.
Our latest performance highlights:
- Maintaining net zero since FY22 across scope 1 and 2 (and operational scope 3) emissions across our managed portfolio
- 100% of electricity sourced from renewables when purchasing for our managed portfolio, while increasing uptake of energy efficiency, electrification, solar and battery storage
- Average 4.8-star NABERS Energy rating across our office portfolio
- Average 3.6-star NABERS Waste rating across our office portfolio through collaboration with customers to optimise waste management practices

Enhancing Communities
We are helping the communities in and around our assets through inclusive design and placemaking, and investment in infrastructure that creates social value.
What we’ve accomplished so far:
- 120 assets delivering community activations across Australasia – providing opportunities to bring people together and deliver meaningful and engaging experiences for local residents
- More than $1.78 million community contribution value in FY24 – representing more than triple our investment from FY23 due to scaling programs across our portfolio and improving data capture
