In FY25, we made a commitment to include commercial-grade battery storage infrastructure with rooftop solar in the design of all new industrial developments. This initiative not only increases renewable energy capacity across our industrial portfolio but also helps our customers reduce operational costs, meet their sustainability goals and future-proof their businesses.

Horizon 3023 at Ravenhall exemplifies this vision. Designed with the structural capacity for 100% solar roof coverage, the precincts hosts 6MW of installed solar, showcasing innovation and design excellence.

At 162 Momentum Way, completed in 2025, we delivered a facility tailored for sustainable operations with reduced emissions impact. The site features a 396kW rooftop solar array and a 200kWh battery energy storage system, enabling customers to store and use clean energy during peak demand periods. The building's sustainability-focused design demonstrates our environmental approach, preventing the release of 5,537 tonnes of CO2 into the atmosphere. This is equivalent to the emissions generated by 315 homes a year.

We also reached practical completion on Allied Pinnacle’s warehouse, which includes a 99kW solar array to reduce energy costs and carbon emissions. Early estimates suggest annual savings of $25,000, with a projected payback period of four to five years.

These initiatives reflect our ongoing commitment to scaling energy solutions across our industrial portfolio – empowering our customers to thrive in a low-carbon economy.
