At Dexus, we are committed to improving our customers’ prosperity by helping them achieve their sustainability goals. Through tailored technical solutions, education, and collaboration, we are enabling meaningful climate action across our customer base.

To build climate action capability, we offer a range of learning opportunities and events designed to deepen understanding and inspire action. This year, we delivered our ‘Climate 101’ workshops nationally, guiding customers through the science of climate change, carbon offsetting strategies and practical steps towards decarbonisation. In addition, customers have access to climate experts who provide personalised advice to support the development of their own sustainability plans.

To help reduce emissions and energy costs while improving access to renewable electricity, we have created the GreenPower Buyers Group. By leveraging our scale, this initiative enables customers to collectively purchase accredited renewable energy. Since its inception in 2021, the group has grown by 5 to 20 members, purchasing more than 5,876 MWh of renewable electricity and avoiding more than 4,100 tonnes of carbon emissions. This is equivalent to the emissions generated by 375 Australian households a year.

These initiatives reflect our commitment to empowering customers to take climate action, while also contributing to a more sustainable future.
