In FY26, we developed a practical, business-led AI strategy with a dual focus: building the capability and confidence of our people to use AI responsibly and identifying where AI can deliver commercial value for the Platform.

Our approach centred on equipping our people to use AI responsibly and effectively. Underpinned by a responsible-AI framework, we expanded access to a suite of AI tools, delivered 45 training sessions across the group, and established a centralised AI Hub to support ongoing adoption and peer learning. Our annual engagement survey tells us this is landing. 84% of our people feel empowered to explore AI tools, and 79% say AI tools help them do their job effectively.

Alongside broad capability building, we ran agentic AI pilots across the business. One example is Career Navigator - an AI agent that guides our people and people leaders through career conversations, making development support more accessible and consistent. We also deployed agents to streamline repeatable processes, reducing manual effort and freeing our people to focus on higher-value work. These pilots are informing where we direct our investment next.

In FY27, our focus shifts from individual productivity to team and organisational effectiveness - prioritising initiatives with clear, measurable impact that strengthen how we operate and serve our capital partners.
