The two-year program features four diverse rotations, giving graduates hands-on experience across different areas of the business, ensuring they develop the skills and confidence needed to excel in their careers. Key elements include:
Dexus also participates in the recently established Capital Transactions and Leasing Early Career Program, a two-year initiative led by the Property Council of Australia and Property Champions of Change. This program aims to improve gender diversity in traditionally male-dominated sectors of the property industry. Through this initiative, our female graduates gain a structured pathway into capital transactions and leasing helping to foster long-term industry change.
