150 Collins Street

Westpac Banking Corporation was secured  as the anchor tenant of 150 Collins Street, Melbourne.

150 Collins Street is located at the prestigious Paris end of Collins Street behind the historical Scots Church on the North West corner of Collins and Russell Streets, Melbourne.

The development comprises approximately 20,000 sqm office space and is designed to meet the highest environmental standards with 5 star NABERS and 6 star green star ratings.

On 5 July 2012, the building was sold to the GPT Wholesale Office Fund on a forward funded basis.

Industry Village

A 3.3 ha site located in Port Melbourne, close to the Melbourne CBD and the Westgate Freeway. The site is bounded by Ingles, Fennel and Bertie streets.

The site was zoned light industrial but now falls within the new Capital City zone.

Four stages of the original development plan for Industry Village were completed and settled. A new planning permit for a mixed use development is currently being progressed.

Auditor Change

Please be advised that as part of the transition of APN Development Fund No.2 ARSN 125 786 227 (the Fund) to the Dexus platform, Dexus Asset Management Limited ACN 080 674 479 as Responsible Entity has appointed a new Financial Statement auditor and Compliance Plan auditor for the Fund, as outlined below.

Dexus Asset Management Limited as Responsible Entity of the Fund has received consent from ASIC to remove the existing Compliance Plan and Financial Statement auditor for the Fund. 

The Compliance Plan and Financial Statement auditor appointed prior to integration with the Dexus Group, being Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, will be replaced by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), as PwC is the current Compliance Plan and Financial Statement auditor for Dexus’s other registered schemes.

We note that the financial year end for the Fund remains unchanged as 30 June 2021.
