Australia’s first and only full line auto dealership

Automall West at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre in Queensland demonstrates how DWSF’s focus on active management creates value for investors. A repositioning strategy led to the launch of an Australian-first, a car dealership within a shopping centre.

 

This dealership delivers the sales equivalent of two combined department stores while taking up less than 10% of the comparative space. Automall has also led to increased spending, with a 35% increase in centre sales productivity from 2017-2023.

Who is this fund suited to?



DWSF accommodates institutional investors with a minimum application amount of $10 million. 

 

DWSF opens to new equity from time to time and DWSF securities may be available to purchase from existing investors. The fund may operate a register to record confirmed interest in accordance with the Product Board.
