Initial settlement acquisition of 80 Collins Street, Melbourne


Dexus and Dexus Wholesale Property Fund (DWPF) announced in May 2019 the settlement of the first tranche of the acquisition of 80 Collins Street, Melbourne for $1.09 billion.

Due for completion in 2020, this premium mixed-use development features two distinctive office towers, a boutique hotel and a luxury retail precinct.
