Dexus achieves final completion of Collimate Capital acquisition

Dexus announces that it today achieved Final Completion of the acquisition of Collimate Capital’s real estate and domestic infrastructure equity business.

This follows the announcement on 30 October 2023 that the final condition precedent (related to the transfer of AMP’s interest in China Life AMP Asset Management Company Limited (CLAMP)) to undertake Final Completion had been satisfied and Final Completion of the transaction was expected to occur on 30 November 2023.
