Settlement of 11 Waymouth Street, Adelaide

Dexus today announced that it has settled on the sale of 11 Waymouth Street, Adelaide.

The property was owned by the Dexus Office Partnership, in which Dexus holds a 50% interest.

Details relating to the transaction were previously announced to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 22 December 2017.

Dexus will use proceeds from the sale to reduce existing debt facilities.
