Overview

Dexus Industria REIT (“Industria”) portfolio has 94 industrial and business park assets located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. The assets comprise a mix of new and mature buildings and have a weighted average lease expiry of 5.6 years. The total value of the portfolio is $1.7 billion which reflects a weighted average capitalisation rate of 5.0%.
