Australia Pacific Airports Corporation
Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Melbourne Airport was the second busiest airport in Australia, while Launceston Airport was the second busiest airport in Tasmania.
QV Melbourne
QV Melbourne is a leading shopping, dining and entertainment destination in the heart of the Melbourne CBD.
Macarthur Wind Farm
Macarthur is one of the largest operating wind farms in the southern hemisphere and comprises 140 Vestas V112 turbines totaling 420MW of capacity.
Horizon 3023
Horizon 3023 is a large 127 hectare site located in the core West Melbourne industrial precinct, set to benefit in the medium to long term from its proximity to the proposed Western Intermodal Freight Terminal. The site currently comprises a total of 14 facilities, with 10 facilities completed and operational and 4 facilities under construction. One third of the estate is yet to be developed.
North Shore Health Hub
The North Shore Health Hub is a mixed-use specialist healthcare facility located in a major hospital precinct, adjacent to the Royal North Shore Public Hospital and North Shore Private Hospital in St Leonards, New South Wales. The asset provides approximately 16,000 square metres of net lettable space across two towers, with a common podium and basement parking for 340 cars. The facility is occupied by a diverse mix of health users including a day surgery facility, medical imaging, pathology, cancer treatment centre and a number of medical specialists including oncologists, cardiologists, and obstetricians.
Waterfront Brisbane
Eagle Street Pier is undergoing a $2.5 billion transformation into Brisbane’s premium business and leisure destination. Waterfront Precinct, Brisbane is set to deliver a global-standard business and tourist destination that aims to maximise its prime riverside location with enhanced open spaces and amenity and a revitalised premier waterfront dining hub. Practical completion is estimated to be achieved by February 2028.
