The North Shore Health Hub is a mixed-use specialist healthcare facility located in a major hospital precinct, adjacent to the Royal North Shore Public Hospital and North Shore Private Hospital in St Leonards, New South Wales. The asset provides approximately 16,000 square metres of net lettable space across two towers, with a common podium and basement parking for 340 cars.
The facility is occupied by a diverse mix of health users including a day surgery facility, medical imaging, pathology, cancer treatment centre and a number of medical specialists including oncologists, cardiologists, and obstetricians.
