H&H Group has opened a new 17,000 sqm National Operations Centre at Horizon 3023 Industrial Estate. The global powerhouse behind iconic brands, including Swisse, Biostime, and Zesty Paws, has taken a major step forward with this strategic facility, which has been designed to support its future growth and consolidates its operations into a single purpose-built site.

The new facility will serve as both a national and international distribution hub for Swisse and Biostime, with the capability to bottle more than seven million goods annually (up to 45,000 bottles per day) and export to 15 countries globally. It integrates complex temperature-controlled warehousing, lab spaces, Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) compliance, and product testing, alongside value-add amenities such as additional office space and recreational areas for staff Pilates and yoga. This development reflects the strength of Dexus’s partnership with H&H Group, combining global ambition, local investment, and sustainable design principles.

Design innovation – Australian first facility

Delivered through a competitive on-market process, Dexus was chosen due to its deep sector expertise and market-leading design brief, featuring 16.8-metre clearances, 33-metre super canopies, and 9-tonne post-load slabs. Swisse invested significant capital to customise the facility to better support this next phase of growth. A standout feature is the 433kW solar array installed on the warehouse roof, designed in the shape of the Swisse logo.

Beyond logistics, this centre will also serve as a hub for innovation with the implementation of a product development lab. This facility is the first of its kind in Australia, focused on adult nutritional care, baby nutritional care, and pet nutritional care. It will be the genesis of new formats for nutrition across these three pillars and a showpiece for Swisse in Australia, hosting both national and global staff and customers.

Horizon 3023 is co-owned by Dexus Wholesale Property Fund (DWPF) and Dexus Australian Logistics Trust (DALT).
