84 Lahrs Road is a modern cold storage and food processing facility. Improvements comprise a purpose-built cold store facility with an ancillary office provided over a single level. Access to the loading dock is provided via ten roller shutter doors, 9 with levellers. Other improvements include three concrete crossovers, on-site parking, boundary fencing and basic landscaping, diesel refuelling depot, workshop, weigh bridge and driver accommodation.
