33 Alfred Street, Sydney, is a heritage listed commercial office building that was constructed in 1962. The tower provides 26 levels of high quality office space with typical floorplates of 1,200 square metres. The building has received development approval to undergo a full refurbishment, which will see the site be converted from A-grade to Premium grade. Practical completion is estimated to be achieved in July 2025.
