33 Alfred Street, Sydney
Overview
Located in Circular Quay at the gateway to Sydney's CBD, 33 Alfred Street has been a longstanding prominent feature on the Sydney skyline. In 1962, 33 Alfred Street realised a bold ambition to become the harbour city’s first skyscraper. Six decades later, its classic form is being reimagined as much more than a Premium grade office.
Celebrating its status as one of Sydney’s recognised landmarks, 33 Alfred Street’s design will now provide floor-to-ceiling glass – opening its interiors to light-filled, postcard-perfect harbour views, which will also enhance its energy efficiency.
Inspired by the building’s modernist origins, the renewed ground floor and podium levels will make a statement upon arrival. With a lobby café on the ground floor, this expansive public domain will flow through to Sydney’s newest city precinct, Quay Quarter Sydney, with direct access to its al fresco dining, retail services and flexible workspaces.
