The University of Melbourne (UoM) purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) was acquired in 2018 and provides on-campus accommodation at one of Australia's most prestigious universities. The portfolio comprises 1,481 beds across three modern purpose-built student accommodation facilities, and caters to both undergraduate and postgraduate residents of the University.
