Overview
Holbeche Industrial Estate is located within western Sydney's established industrial precinct of Arndell Park. With excellent transport links to major arterial roads and motorways, good on-site manoeuvrability, and dual-street access, the site is ideal for a range of warehouse, distribution and manufacturing users.
Surplus land at the back of the site is currently being developed into a new 16,100 square metre estate. The architecturally designed facilities will range between 3,400 and 6,350 square metres and feature high-clearance warehouses, ESFR fire sprinklers, loading via multiple on-grade roller shutters and recessed docks, large hardstand approved for B-double access and ample on-site parking. In addition, the latest sustainability technology will be incorporated into the new development, including individual solar PV panels and seven EV charging stations.
