It is in close proximity to the Sydney's Domestic Airport and Port Botany with easy access to Sydney's orbital road network and Southern Cross Drive. The site comprises three warehouse/office buildings and provides three driveway access points, and ample on site parking. Building C was developed in 2019 inclduing major refurbishment of the Building's A & B.
