Overview
The Australian National University (ANU) purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) portfolio was acquired in 2019, with an additional building consisting of 731 beds acquired in December 2022.
The portfolio consists of 11 on-campus student accommodation buildings at one of Australia's top-ranked universities, encompassing 4,918 beds and is the largest PBSA portfolio in Australia.
