9 Boron Street is a single tenant facility incorporating one traditional warehouse/office and a specialised galvanising facility.  Access to the site is via the established Boron Street. Bruce highway is access via Old Gympie/Boundary Road to the south.

 

Narangba is an established Industrial precinct 30kms north of the Brisbane CDB (35 minute drive). Direct access to the Bruce Highway, providing access to the Port of Brisbane and Airport to the south; whilst the northern regions of Morton Bay and the Sunshine Coast are accessible to the north.
