Overview
60 Grindle Road is a purpose built food manufacturing and cold storage facility constructed in the late 1970s and extended in the 1990s. The improvements comprise a single level industrial building incorporating cold rooms, freezers, food preparation and bakery areas, dry and chemical storage, warehouse space and ancillary workshop areas.
The property is situated on a large freehold site of approximately 4.5 hectares, with low site coverage of circa 20%. The site is fully fenced, includes sealed hardstand areas, secure access gates and on site parking for approximately 70–80 vehicles.
The asset is located in Wacol, approximately 23 kilometres south west of the Brisbane CBD, with reasonable access to the Ipswich Motorway and surrounding arterial road network.
