The asset adjoins DWPF’s existing asset at 34 Manton Street, creating a larger estate of relevance in the precinct over the longer term. The site has 8 metres of internal warehouse clearance and is easily accessible through two recessed loading docks to the eastern most elevation, in addition to three at-grade roller doors to the southern elevation.
