The site has received DA approval with Early Contractor Involvement process finalised. Concurrently a leasing opportunity has been achieved to a national last mile 3PL provider for a single unit scheme. The revised scheme will incorporate and capitalise on elements of the original development, as well as enhancing functionality to utilise the site as a cross-docking facility.
