The overall site area is 10.24 ha in a battle axe shape. The site comprises of two buildings subdivided into six units, that when combined offer a total GLA of 43,936m2. The units range in size from 4,820m2 to 5,760m2 and have a shared hardstand located between the buildings with car parking located at the rear of each building and to the north-eastern elevation of the site.
