Annual General Meeting
Dexus’s 2026 Annual General Meeting will be on Wednesday, 28 October 2026 at 2.00pm (AEDT), and will be held as a hybrid meeting.
We invite Security holders to attend our 2026 AGM in person at Dexus Place, Level 15, 1 Farrer Place, Sydney NSW 2000 or virtually via the online AGM platform.
The online AGM link, Notice of AGM, Virtual Meeting Online Guide, 2026 Annual Report and Voting and Question and comments forms are available below for your convenience.
If you are attending virtually, we recommend you download and read the Notice of AGM and either submit your Voting Form so it’s received by MUFG Corporate Markets (MUFG) prior to the proxy close date, 2.00pm on Monday 26 October 2026, or vote at the meeting as instructed.

Quick information
AGM registration
- In person: registration commences at 1:30pm at Dexus Place Level 15, 1 Farrer Place Sydney NSW 2000
- Virtually: join the online AGM platform at least 15 minutes prior to the AGM commencing at 2.00pm
Login virtually to the AGM
- Provide your full name, email address and company (if applicable)
Voting at the AGM virtually
- To register to vote via the online AGM platform, click on 'Get a Voting Card' and enter your SRN/HIN and postcode to be verified as a Security holder
- Proxyholders will need to provide their Proxy number issued by MUFG (issued by email 24 hours prior to the meeting)
Questions at the AGM:
- Only Security holders can ask questions at the AGM, attending either physically or virtually
- If attending the AGM virtually, use the ‘web phone’ facility. Type in your name and click the green call button. See instructions on page 4 of the Virtual Meeting online guide
- You may also submit questions or comments prior to the AGM by downloading the Question and Comments form (above) and returning it to MUFG by 5.00pm, Wednesday 21 October 2026
- Alternatively use the ‘Ask a Question or make a comment’ box on the online AGM platform to type your questions or comments.

In the event of any Federal or State Government guidance or regulation changes to restrict the ability of Security holders to attend the AGM in person, we will advise Security holders of alternative arrangements by making an announcement to the ASX and updating this website page.
