Andrew is an experienced real estate and investment banking executive. Between 2016 and 2023, Andrew worked at AXA Investment Managers (Real Assets) across a number of roles, including Global Head of Asset Management & Development, Chair of the firm’s Global Investment Committee and Chair of AXA Investment Management (Alts) business in Australia.
Prior to AXA Investment Managers, Andrew spent over 15 years in investment banking with JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs, with a sector specialisation in real estate.
Andrew is Chair of Reveal Group and of Avani Solutions, with both digital technology companies focused on the real estate industry. He was previously Chair (and Co-Founder) of The Helmsman Project.

Lisa is an experienced executive and non-executive director in public and private sector organisations across real estate, infrastructure, construction and funds management industries in the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada and Middle East. Lisa has held executive roles in the property and fund management sectors with Stockland and Westfield.
She is a non-executive director with Cromwell Property Group (ASX:CMW), Gore Street Energy Storage Fund (LSE:GSF), Genuit Group (LSE:GEN) and Harworth Group (LSE:HWG), as well as an Advisory Board Member with Stories.
She has previously been non-executive director for Hub Community Foundation and The Private Infrastructure Development Group.

Jennifer is an experienced non-executive director across ASX, unlisted and not-for-profit boards. She brings a diverse set of skills with executive experience across investment banking, investor relations and financial communications, including as Chief Operating Officer of independent investment bank Greenhill Australia (previously Greenhill Caliburn) and Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Savage & Horrigan, an Ogilvy company.
Jennifer is an independent director of Dexus Capital Funds Management Limited, and a non-executive director of A2B (ASX:A2B) and Yarra Funds Management Limited. She has previously served as a non-executive director of QV Equities (ASX:QVE), Generation Healthcare (ASX:GHC) and as Chairman of Redkite (national children’s cancer charity).

Michael is Co-Head of Infrastructure, responsible for leading the asset management and co-mingled funds.
Michael has an extensive background in infrastructure spanning more than 30 years, with previous senior roles at AMP Capital, Brookfield Infrastructure and Vector NZ.
He is a Director of Australian Pacific Airports Corporation (Melbourne Airport), Endeavour Energy, Opal Healthcare, Powerco NZ and Chair of Evergen.

Michael is Co-Head of Infrastructure, where he is responsible for jointly overseeing the infrastructure funds management business, with a particular focus on origination, separately managed accounts and the PPP portfolio.
Michael has more than 30 years of investment management experience, with a focus on acquisitions, fund raising and developing infrastructure projects. He has worked in Europe and North America and has led teams undertaking investments in Europe, Australasia and North America with AMP Capital, NM Rothschild & Sons and Schroders.
Michael is a Director of Powerco NZ and Opal Healthcare and was previously Executive Chair of AMP Capital Investors Limited.
