Andrew is an experienced real estate and investment banking executive. He has worked at AXA Investment Managers (Real Assets) across a number of roles, including Global Head of Asset Management & Development and Chair of the firm’s Global Investment Committee. Andrew is Chair of AXA Investment Management (Alts) business in Australia and remains a Strategic Advisor to the firm.
Prior to AXA Investment Managers, Andrew spent over 15 years in investment banking with JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs, with a sector specialisation in real estate.
Andrew is Chair of Reveal and of Avani, with both digital technology companies focused on the real estate industry, and was previously Chair (and Co-Founder) of The Helmsman Project.

Lisa is an experienced executive and non-executive director in public and private sector organisations across real estate, infrastructure, construction and funds management industries in the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada and Middle East. Lisa has held executive roles in the property and fund management sectors with Stockland and Westfield.
She is a non-executive director with Cromwell Property Group (ASX:CMW), Gore Street Energy Storage Fund (LSE:GSF), Genuit Group (LSE:GEN) and Harworth Group (LSE:HWG), as well as an Advisory Board Member with Stories.
She has previously been non-executive director for Hub Community Foundation and The Private Infrastructure Development Group.

Jennifer is an experienced non-executive director across ASX, unlisted and not-for-profit boards. She brings diverse set of skills with executive experience across investment banking, investor relations and communications, including as Chief Operating Officer at Greenhill Australia (previously Greenhill Caliburn) and Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Savage & Horrigan, an Ogilvy company.
Jennifer is a non-executive director and Chair of Dexus Asset Management (ASX:DXC and DXI), and non-executive director of QV Equities Limited (ASX:QVE), A2B (ASX:A2B) and Yarra Funds Management Limited. She has previously been non-executive director for Generation Healthcare (ASX: GHC) and Chair of Redkite (national children’s cancer charity).

Deborah is Executive General Manager, Funds Management where she has responsibility for managing Dexus’s funds management business which comprises a number of wholesale pooled funds, capital partnerships and listed REITs.
She has more than 25 years of experience in management roles in consulting, human resources and outsourcing gained in organisations such as Deloitte, Qantas and Alexander Mann Solutions.
Deborah is an Executive Director of Dexus Wholesale Funds Limited and Dexus Asset Management Limited. She is also National Vice President of the Property Council of Australia and a non-Executive Director of the Children’s Cancer Institute.

Brett is General Counsel and Company Secretary of Dexus companies and is responsible for the legal function, company secretarial services and compliance and governance systems and practices across the Group.
He has an extensive background in real estate structuring and operations, funds management, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance across a number of industries. Brett has held legal counsel roles in-house and in private practice in Australia and in Asia with over 20 years’ experience gained in organisations including Macquarie Real Estate (Asia), Macquarie Capital Funds and Minter Ellison.
