A new kind of workspace

The all inclusive SuiteX leases start from as short as 6 months and allow you to grow or retract as needed within the space, with no costly fitout, complex contracts or long terms. The BVN designed suites boast turnkey layouts with high-end furniture and furnishings, a private meeting room and a personalised shopfront sign, as well as access to a communal kitchen, breakout area and bookable meeting rooms. Lease terms range from six months to two years, with suites available for 6-20+ people.
