  • Can I have mail or packages delivered to my Virtual Office address?

    Yes. Mail handling is included in your Virtual Office package and includes mail sorting and storage. You can choose to collect your mail from Dexus Place, or mail forwarding is available on request.

  • How does mail forwarding work with a Virtual Office?

    Mail can be collected from your virtual office home location during business hours from 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday by appointment or drop-in. Alternatively, our guest relations team can arrange a bespoke mail forwarding schedule that is convenient for you and your business, with weekly and monthly forwarding options available. Additional charges may apply. 

  • How much do Virtual Offices cost?

    We have two package options available with pricing ranging from $175- $225 per month. For more information check our available packages here.

  • Can I access a physical office space or meeting rooms with a Virtual Office? 

    Yes. Both of the Virtual Office packages at Dexus Place include 5 hours per month towards meeting rooms (up to 8 people) or 5 days of Dynamic Desking at any of our Dexus Place locations (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth), as well as discounted rates for additional access to all Dexus Place room or dynamic desk bookings. 

  • How long is the Dexus Place Virtual Office contract commitment? 

    Our Virtual Office packages are a minimum 3-month commitment, with an ongoing monthly rollover. The packages can be cancelled at any time after the first 3 months are completed. For full details please request a copy of the Terms & Conditions from our team at enquiries@dexusplace.com
