Tenants are Dexus's customers. Tenant surveys were undertaken during FY16, total satisfaction score for office and industrial was 8.0 (out of 10). Survey results are analysed, reported and corrective actions are taken where necessary to improve tenant satisfaction. |

Dexus rates its buildings and tenancies and displays this information on marketing collateral, and maintained compliance with the Australian Government's Building Energy Efficiency Disclosure (BEED) Act. This Act came into force in 2010 and requires Dexus and other commercial building owners to disclose the energy efficiency of its building through a Building Energy Efficiency Certificate in the event of marketing the lease and/or sale of a space and/or building over a minimum 2,000 square metres. The provisions of the Act also require the energy efficiency rating (via NABERS ratings) to be displayed in printed, physical and online marketing materials. |
