The property is well positioned to benefit from a combination of active management of underutilised space and rental growth, driven by withdrawals of nearby existing traditional office and warehouse properties.

Since the acquisition of the property, Dexus has increased occupancy from 83% to 100% and extended the weighted average lease expiry from circa 5 years to 6.6 years.
