We have been delivering core office developments since 2004, with a focus on quality, sustainability and returns.
Key office projects at 5 Martin Place in Sydney and Kings Square in Perth were completed in 2015, and 480 Queen Street in Brisbane was completed in May 2016, with the office space 100% committed.
In FY15, 480 Queen Street achieved a 6 star Green Star design rating, while 5 Martin Place and Kings Square achieved 5 star Green Star design ratings. All three developments will enhance the civic amenity of their precincts, providing vibrant retail and public spaces.
