Gordon Property Syndicate

The Gordon Property Syndicate was established in November 1998 for a fixed term of 12 years which has now expired. The responsible entity for the Syndicate is DEXUS Funds Management Limited. The property has been sold and distribution has been set for the first half of the year. Composition
The complex at Gordon comprises two retail assets - the Gordon Centre and the Gordon Village Arcade. Both are located on the Pacific Highway in Gordon, 16 kilometres north of Sydney.
The Gordon Centre is supermaket-based with retail and commercial tenancies. The Gordon Centre comprises 11,973 square metres of lettable area over three levels and 575 undercover car spaces.
The Gordon Village Arcade and Gordon Centre are linked by a pedestrian bridge over the Pacific Highway. It comprises approximately 1,844 square metres of lettable area and has direct access to a council car park.

The responsible entity's primary objective for the Gordon Property Syndicate is to provide investors with returns as per the original prospectus, which include a secure income stream, capital growth opportunities and the ability to include gearing into their investment portfolio, within appropriate risk parameters, over the medium to long term.
