Distributions & tax
Distributions
DEXUS Property Group pays distributions twice a year for the six months ending 31 December and 30 June, refer to the distribution calendar below.
Our preferred method of payment for distributions is by direct credit. This enables you to receive your payments quickly and securely. You can nominate any Australian bank, building society or credit union account for direct payment by downloading a direct credit form and sending to Link Market Services. Following each distribution you will receive a written statement confirming that the payment has been made and the specific details of the payment. This statement will be mailed to your postal address.
If you change your bank account details please use the Investor Login to either update your details or download an appropriate form to complete. If you have not received your income distribution or have unpresented cheques, please contact our info line on 1800 819 675.
Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP)
DEXUS currently does not have a DRP facility in operation. If and when DEXUS reinstates a DRP, we will notify all security holders.
