Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CR&S)
At DEXUS, we strive to be a market leader in CR&S initiatives. We are committed to the long-term integration of CR&S practices throughout our business and have been implementing programs in this area for almost a decade.
Our group wide, holistic approach to CR&S aims to satisfy the environmental, social and economic requirements of our properties while meeting the needs of our key stakeholders - tenants, investors and employees – and the wider community.
In October, we released our 2008 combined CR&S report, which is in line with the GRI G3 framework for reporting on economic, environmental and social performance.
