Victor Hoog Antink
Chief Executive Officer

Victor is the Chief Executive Officer of DEXUS and is responsible for the listed and unlisted property funds which collectively own over $15 billion of office, industrial and retail assets in Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Europe. Victor has more than 25 years experience in property and finance, and is the national President of the Property Council of Australia. Prior to joining DEXUS in November 2003, Victor was the Director of Funds Management of Westfield, responsible for both the Westfield Trust and the Westfield America Trust. Victor has a commerce degree from the University of Queensland and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Victor is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Tanya Cox
Chief Operating Officer

Tanya is the Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary of DEXUS and is responsible for the delivery of company secretarial, operational, information technology, human resource, communications and administration services, as well as operational risk management systems and practices across the group. Prior to joining DEXUS in July 2003, Tanya held various general management positions over the past 15 years, including Director and Chief Operating Officer of NM Rothschild & Sons (Australia) Ltd and General Manager Finance, Operations and IT for Bank of New Zealand (Australia). Tanya is Chair of the Property Council of Australia National Risk Committee and is a director of the Australian Paralympic Committee, Australian Athletes With a Disability and the AGSM Alumni Board. Tanya is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Chartered Secretaries Australia. Tanya has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and is currently undertaking a Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.

John Easy
General Counsel

John is the General Counsel and Company Secretary for DEXUS and is responsible for the Legal and Compliance functions of the group. During his time with DEXUS John has been involved in the establishment and public listing of Deutsche Office Trust, the acquisition of the Paladin and AXA property portfolios, and subsequent stapling and creation of the DEXUS Property Group. Prior to joining DEXUS in November 1997, John was employed as a senior associate in the commercial property/funds management practices of law firms Allens Arthur Robinson and Gilbert & Tobin. John graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1990 with Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Economics) degrees. He is a member of Chartered Secretaries Australia and holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.

Paul Say
Head of Corporate Development

Paul is Head of Corporate Development and responsible for the DEXUS Property Group's Australian and international real estate transactions. Paul has over 25 years experience in property markets around the world primarily in the acquisition and divestment of commercial and residential property. Prior to joining DEXUS, Paul spent 10 years with Lend Lease culminating as Head of Corporate Finance and 11 years with Jones Lang Lasalle. Paul is a qualified property valuer and a Fellow of both the Australian Property Institute and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Craig Mitchell
Chief Financial Officer

Craig is the Chief Financial Officer of DEXUS, responsible for operational and strategic finance, accounting, tax, treasury and investor relations services. Craig has more than 17 years of financial management and accounting experience, with over 10 years specialising in the property industry. Craig was previously the General Manager, Finance of the Commercial and Industrial and Capital Partners divisions at Stockland Group, where he has worked for the past three years. Prior to this he worked in a number of senior finance roles at Westfield. Craig has a Masters of Business Administration (Executive) from the Australian Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.

Pat Daniels
Head of Human Resources

Pat was appointed to Head of Human Resources in early 2008 and is responsible for leading the company's people management policies, processes and systems. Pat and her team provide advice to management on a range of human resources areas such as organisation structure, compensation and benefits, talent management and learning and development. Pat was previously the Regional Head of Human Resources for Deutsche Asset Management in the Asia Pacific where she commenced her association with DEXUS. Pat's career has spanned both government and banking sector roles in a variety of countries - Australia, Indonesia, Lebanon, Japan and Singapore - and she brings over 20 years experience in human resources management.

Mark Turner
Head of Unlisted Funds

Mark is the Head of Unlisted Funds and is responsible for DEXUS Property Group's unlisted businesses comprising of STC, AXA, DWPF and Syndicates. Mark joined DEXUS in May 1999 as STC Property Fund Manager. Shortly after, he took on the role of Director of Mandates managing the company's private mandate business. In 2005, Mark assumed the role of Head of Unlisted Funds. Mark emigrated to Australia in 1989, and after initially working for a major real estate agency spent eight years with Lend Lease, holding various asset and fund management roles primarily working on direct property funds. Prior to this, Mark worked in the United Kingdom for 10 years, spending the majority of that time with a major national real estate agency holding a number of positions in valuations, consultancy, agency and property management. Mark graduated from Portsmouth Polytechnic with a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Land Administration, is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and also a licensed Real Estate Agent in New South Wales.

Louise Martin
Head of Office

Louise Martin is the Head of Office for DEXUS Property Group and is responsible for running the largest and highest quality office property portfolio in Australia with A$7.0 billion or 51 properties under management. Louise is also the line manager for the shared service units of Research, Valuations, Building Services and Sustainability. Louise has over 20 years industry experience in all aspects of property, asset, development and investment management, and was previously the Group’s Head of Retail. Prior to joining DEXUS, Louise worked at Stockland, followed by 10 years at Lend Lease where she was Chief Executive Officer, Retail, and a director of Lend Lease’s Real Estate Investment Services and Lend Lease Development companies. Louise graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) and a Master of Town and Country Planning.

Andrew Whiteside
Head of Industrial

As Head of Industrial at DEXUS, Andrew is responsible for all property and development activities of the Australian Industrial business, the third largest in Australia including a portfolio of 48 assets valued at approximately $2.1 billion. Andrew rejoined DEXUS following a year at Stockland as General Manager - Development & Industrial for the Office & Industrial division. In this Executive position, Andrew was responsible for the overall management and performance of the Development Team and Industrial portfolio. Before joining Stockland, Andrew worked at DEXUS as Head of Industrial and prior to this, led the Property and Development team at the Westralia Airports Corporation Pty Ltd for 7 years. Andrew has also held various property and development positions at Westfield and Lend Lease in Australia and the US. Andrew Graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Science (Architecture) degree and a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He is also a Graduate of Real Estate Portfolio Management from MIT/PREA Centre for Real Estate Development in Boston.

Jane Lloyd
Head of Retail

Jane is the Head of Retail and is responsible for managing the Group’s A$3.6 billion retail portfolio with 23 centres across Australia and New Zealand. Jane has over 18 year’s asset and development management experience in the property industry, including 7 years at DEXUS, most recently as a senior Asset and Development Manager. Prior to joining DEXUS, Jane worked at Lend Lease for 11 years in a variety of roles across all asset classes from retail to industrial, office and residential, culminating in senior project management responsibilities for key developments. Jane has a Bachelor of Town Planning (Hons) from UNSW and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from AGSM. Jane recently undertook a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) at Harvard.
